Purchasing from outside Spain

If you are shopping for a treat for a family member, friend or colleague who lives here in Madrid but you do not, follow these steps for a successful and on-time delivery:

  • Double check that you have the correct (and current!) address for the treat recipient.
  • Be sure to include ALL parts of the address in the shipping section of the checkout form (street name & number, floor number, apartment number, any other indications like “exterior”, “interior”, “escalera”, etc)
  • Remember our delivery times when choosing the day you would like the treat delivered
    • Tuesday through Friday: 2-4pm or 6:30-8pm
    • Saturday: 2-4pm
    • No deliveries on Sunday or Monday
  • If you are sending a treat to a colleague at their business address, please confirm in advance that they will be there to accept the delivery. Most reception desks in office buildings will NOT accept a food delivery for someone in the building and hold it, so it is important to be sure the treat receiver will be at their office on the day/time you have chosen for delivery.
  • Deliveries must be accepted by a person. So, include a local phone number to call in case something comes up during delivery and/or instructions for what to do if the treat recipient does not answer the door.
  • Lastly, remember that our delivery driver will likely have other orders to deliver on the same day, so they will be unable to spend time trying to track down the treat recipient if an address is incorrect or they are not at the delivery address at the time of drop-off. If this happens, and you request a second delivery attempt, then you will also be charged an additional delivery fee.
