Shipping our cookies, brownies and blondies
If you live outside of Madrid (or know someone who does) and just HAVE to have some of our delicious cookies, these are important points to understand:
- Only products on the “Cookies” page can be shipped and we can only ship to peninsular Spain and Portugal.
- Be sure to include ALL parts of the address in the shipping section of the checkout form (street name & number, floor number, apartment number, any other indications like “exterior”, “interior”, “escalera”, etc), and that it is an accurate address. As well, our transport company requires a local Spanish number as a contact number (“Shipping Phone number”). We are not liable for delayed deliveries due to inaccurate information or lack of someone available to receive the package.
- Our shipping days are Tuesday through Friday, whatever day is chosen as the ‘Delivery/Pick up’ date in Checkout. If a Saturday is chosen, that package will be shipped on Friday, the day before the chosen date.
- All products are baked and shipped on the same day to maximize freshness. We are not responsible for the freshness of items due to delayed or unattended shipments.
- All shipments are packaged to protect the cookies from damage during transit. Some breakage can occur due to handling.
- Most packages will arrive by 7pm the day after shipping. Tracking information will be provided by the transit company once a package is shipped.
