We do not ship our products; they are for pick-up or delivery only.
- Online orders: payment in full upon order is required.
- Custom orders: 50% payment is required in order to confirm the order; the balance of the payment is due no later than 5 days before delivery date.
- For full refund, cancellation of order no later than 5 days before delivery date.
- For 50% refund, cancellation of order no later than 2 days before delivery date.
- No refund given for any cancellation within 2 days of order delivery.
CHANGES TO ORDER:
As many of our products are individually designed and created, changes are not always possible. If you would like to discuss possible changes, contact us no later than 3 days prior to delivery. Changes to the order are not possible within 3 days of delivery.
All delivery orders must be received by a person; we are unable to leave orders at doorsteps or reception desks that are unattended.
A. Please include a local phone number (or number that can be used with Whatsapp) so that if there is a problem during delivery we can call the person who is to receive the treats.
B. If the first delivery attempt was made during the chosen time frame and it was unsuccessful, we will attempt a second delivery, however the client must pay an additional delivery charge.
Once delivered or retrieved from the TC Workshop, returns of purchased products will not be allowed.
If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can contact us within two weeks via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone/Whatsapp (613077089) to explain your dissatisfaction and request a refund. We consider each request individually and can not guarantee full or partial refund on every request.
In the event that a request for refund is approved, the money will be returned to you via the same method as the initial payment.
